The Olallieberry is the primary fruit we grow on our farm and for which we are widely known. It has the physical characteristics of the classic blackberry, but it is genetically about two-thirds blackberry and one-third red raspberry. The Olallieberries we grow on our farm are fairly tart, which makes them perfectly suited for Linn's delicious More Fruit-Less Sugar pies, preserves and sauces.
