We select and use the finest vine and tree ripened California fruits from our own Santa Rosa Creek farm and those of our neighbors. We work quickly from harvest to kitchen, hand-stirring and hand-pouring our preserves to retain nice big pieces of fruit in every spoonful. We use a light touch when adding pure cane sugar and pectin to maximize color, clarity and texture in our vibrant More Fruit-Less Sugar flavor.
