How do I change the address for my catalog?
E-mail us at, or call 1-805-927-1499. Be prepared to give us your name, old address, and new address.
Can I build custom gifts?
There are three ways you can create a Linn's custom gift.
1) You can select the flavors for your Linn's Fruit Preserve Gift Box.
2) You can select individual Linn's Pantry items to create a custom collection gift.
3) You can call us 1-805-927-1499 and we will assist you in creating your custom gift.
Substitutions in Gifts
We do not make substitutions in Linn's Gifts, except when an item is no longer available to us, or when wine is replaced with a non-alcoholic beverage upon customer request. If the item of your choice is unavailable, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.
How do I find one of your stores?
Our five retail locations are all in Cambria, California. Click here to see a complete list of addresses and contact information. Our products are also available in various Central Coast grocery stores and they are listed as well.
What are your hours of operation for Customer Service?
Our phones are staffed 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday with extended hours during the holidays. You may e-mail us at anytime and we will reply as soon as possible.

How soon will my order ship once the order is placed?
Most items are available for immediate shipment. We ship frozen pies on Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. Please let us know if you have a specific delivery date in mind so we can help you choose a shipping plan accordingly. When calculating shipping arrival date do not count Saturday or Sunday as "a normal business day" - our carrier doesn't.
Where can I ship my order?
We delivery our products to all fifty U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes (except in rare cases to extremely remote areas that our usual carrier does not service) or outside the United States. Please call for specific information about shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship frozen perishables to Hawaii or Alaska.
How is shipping and handling calculated?
We make every effort to minimize shipping and handling prices, and calculate rates for non-perishable products using weight and destination. Unless otherwise requested, non-perishable items ship UPS Ground. If you need expedited shipping select Overnight or Two-Day Air at checkout. Charges are applied to each shipping address.
Perishable Products: All frozen and fresh bakery items going to addresses outside California require 2nd day air shipment. Shipping and handling is already figured into the price listed for these items. We only ship perishable items on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. All other items are shipped Monday through Friday.
Mixed Product Orders: We can not ship frozen perishable products and dry non-perishable products in the same container. They will ship in separate containers, so be prepared to receive two individual shipments instead of one. Your shipping and handling costs will be calculated on individual shipments.
How can I track my order?
When you provide your e-mail address with your order, you will automatically receive your tracking information including a link to the UPS Web site so you can track your order online. You can also e-mail us at or call 1-805-927-1499 to inquire about your order. Please be sure to have your order number on hand when you contact us.
Since we began making our handcrafted food specialties, we have guaranteed them to meet your standards. If we somehow fall short of your expectations, please return the product within 30 days for a prompt and courteous refund of the purchase price, less shipping. When using USPS (post office), ship to: to Linn's Fruit Bin, 2535 Village Lane, Suite A, Cambria, CA 93428. When using UPS or another private carrier, ship to: Linn's Fruit Bin, 2515 Village Lane, Ste C, Cambria, CA 93428.
